Isham 2nd XI vs Wellingborough Town 3rd XI - 24th June 2006
The second team maintained their fantastic form with a convincing win over second-placed
Wellingborough Town 3rds.
With the first team due to play Bedford we made the most of their free
week by bringing in Juan Harker.
And he cracked a fine hundred to guide us home by seven wickets
in pursuit of Wellingborough's 141 all out.
In the field Pete Wills bowled well for his four wickets while Jim Lyon didn't for his three.
Excellent
catching - with the exception of the captain - helped restrict the visitors.
